General Terms• The customer must be above 18+
• By ordering from me, the customer agrees and understands my terms and conditions.
• I reserve the right to refuse an order that I am not satisfied with or
that I don't think I can draw well, for example very complicated ideas, things I have no experience with.

Payment• Payment will be done in Hipolink as well as Boosty/EasyStart.
• I accept a payment plan: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion of work.
• Work starts after payment in advance/full payment.
• Prices may vary and depend on the number of parts and complexity.
• There are no refunds once the order sketch is sent and confirmed.
• If there is a problem on my end and I am unable to fulfill your order, I will notify you immediately and offer a full refund.
• On average a job takes 2-3 weeks to complete
Process• After payment is received, I will start working on the sketch.
• The client gets 4 revisions at this stage.
• At each stage, I will send you a WIP for review and approval.
• You can request a WIP from me.
• If any part of the drawing needs to be corrected due to my mistake (for example, I missed something in the reference), it will be corrected free of charge. Please let me know.
• Any major changes or changes after the stage/work has been completed may require an additional fee. I will inform you in advance.
• Completed artwork will be emailed in full resolution jpg and png formats.
• Let me know if you would like the order to be private or if you have any deadlines to meet
Creative Rights• I retain all commercial and creative rights to the artwork.
• I may use for internet marketing and/or published material.
• I do not own any rights to the characters depicted unless they were created by me. The rights to the characters remain with their respective owners.
• The client is not allowed to alter the commissioned artwork or transfer the right to create it.
• Custom artwork is for personal use only.
